份量其實唔一定跟足...好隨意...
爆谷粒粒50g爆出黎已經好多...我會建議一下子唔好太貪心爆太多...唔係怕你食唔哂...
單純係考慮個煲夠唔夠位爆...
想甜D加多D砂糖就得...
牛油20g 放入易潔平底煲融...用細火...

用細火再轉中火就會全部爆出爆谷...

見到糖漿開始微黃就可以熄火...熱力係足夠令糖漿變成金黃色...
如果等到焦糖色...咁就會失敗...餘下熱力會令焦糖變苦...
